What began as a simple exercise gradually transformed me both mentally and physically. I started attending yoga classes regularly in 2014, and it quickly became a sanctuary where I found peace, contentment, and a deeper connection with myself. Over time, yoga became not just a daily practice, but an expression of who I am.

I completed my yoga teacher training with the intention of deepening my practice and becoming a teacher who not only guides students through postures and breathwork, but also helps them discover their own path to relief, awareness, and self-discovery.

My teaching approach emphasizes the balance between energy and flexibility, physical strength and mental clarity. Through my classes, you will find a sense of inner peace and joy.
