Sunny believes yoga to be a practice of awareness, self inquiry and remembrance of our individually unique magnificence. The dance between breath and movement encourages alignment with the divine source that flows within all of us. Through consistent discipline of our physical self, we gain strength for our innter self – to allow fear, worry & anxiety to fall away while embracing more of inner peace, joy, and the beauty of each moment.

Sunny’s yoga journey began in the midst of a heath crisis. She found the principles that apply on the mat – breathing through difficult & sustained postures and the countdown to its end – also applied off the mat where it really counts. And it is this meditative and grounding aspect of yoga that pulls Sunny to the mat each day. Sunny completed her RYT 200 at Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala in Shanghai and her RYT300 in 2023 at Dig Yoga in New Jersey.
