As a retired RN and a yogi with a seven day a week practice, Jane has long known how to manage stress and maintain general wellness. A few years ago, however, Jane went through a difficult time, and her existing practices and knowledge weren’t enough. She had therapy, tried journaling and writing poems, got two cats, but what really helped her the most was starting a meditation practice. Jane found that spending only 15 minutes twice a day made a big difference in how she felt, and how she could deal with what life was sending her way. That inspired her to learn more, and become a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. As Jane was going through the course, she felt herself becoming more and more peaceful, and happy. Now Jane is excited to share this with others. Mindfulness meditation requires no props, no special preparation, no special clothing. And it can change your life.
