This past weekend in our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, we explored arm balances, inversions, deep work into the hips, and more - with help from our friend Captain Jack Marrow!

This was our last deep immersion before we meet again for our final exam and graduation. There’s something profound about this stage of the journey as trainees integrate everything they’ve learned into practice, into teaching, into life. Watching this group grow into themselves through curiosity, consistency, and play has been the real teaching all along.

We are grateful for this shared journey and everything still unfolding as we move toward completion. 💓

On May 21st, we’re gathering for Complimentary Chant + Prasad, led by Tanner and Satya.

Chanting is a powerful practice that uses sound and repetition to help calm the mind, open the heart, and bring us into the present moment. Practiced in community, it becomes something deeply felt and shared.

After chanting, we’ll enjoy prasad together — a sacred offering of food shared in gratitude and connection.

This is a beautiful opportunity to experience the heart of the practice and get a glimpse into the spirit of Chant Camp happening this June.

Friday evening, we gathered together under the light of the full moon. We honored the elements - earth beneath us, air moving through us, fire igniting within us, water softening and flowing, and heart… the center that holds it all. We moved, we danced, we softened, we witnessed.

This Full Flower Moon carries the energy of blooming. Of life fully expressing itself after a long season of quiet growth. Just as the earth is bursting into color and fragrance, so too are we invited to open, to trust what is ready to be seen, and to allow ourselves to be in full expression. May we carry this energy forward. This remembrance of our own fullness, our own rhythm, our own way of blooming.🌸
