Shaughnessy’s roots trace back to Indiana, a place that shaped her love for community. Life led her to New Jersey, where the fast-paced rhythm prompted a search for grounding. In her nightly ritual of intentional breathwork, asana poses, and holistic skincare, she found a profound sense of peace. And just like that, her dream began to take shape – sharing these transformative practices with others. Embracing this calling, Shaughnessy immersed herself in the study of esthetics; practicing skincare in a dermatological setting to refine her knowledge of diverse skin types. Now, in the midst of the journey’s second step, she is wholeheartedly delving into Yoga Teacher Training, driven by a heartfelt desire to guide others toward balance and well-being through the profound realms of yoga. In her free time, Shaughnessy loves to travel and experience spa and beauty rituals of the world.
