Having visited Dominica several years ago, Shannon knew this was a magic place to return to. Dominica, known as the “Nature Island” is the youngest island in the Lesser Antilles. It hosts the world’s second-largest hot spring, called Boiling Lake and is home to lush mountainous rainforests, spectacular waterfalls, spouting geysers, rare plants, animals, and bird species. Here we will surround ourselves with nature, breathing in its peacefulness during pranayama and bathing in its waterfalls and streams. Adventure awaits while trekking through the primordial forest and traveling along volcanic peaks.
